Privacy Policy

§.1 General Provisions

1. Studio Mody Ślubnej SPOSA Elżbieta Pacyna, based in Rzeszów 35-512, Wspólna 2G/106, NIP: 813-162-57-10, REGON: 691574993 is the data administrator. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law and their storage takes place on secured servers.
2. For the interpretation of terms, a glossary of the Regulations is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description).
3. To understand the privacy policy better, the term „USER” has been replaced with the term „YOU”, and the term „DATA COLLECTOR” has been replaced with the term „WE”. The term „RODO” (Eng. GDPR) denotes the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council of the European Union , (2016/679, 27 April 2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (Data Protection Directive). We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. For this purpose a secure communication encryption protocol is used (SSL).
4. Personal data provided in the landing page form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2. Data administrator

1. The service provider is the administrator of the clients’ data. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, work position, workplace, IP address.
2. The Service Provider is also the administrator of persons subscribed to the newsletter.
3. Personal data is processed:
   a. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
   b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
   c. to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it, and properly implement the Services provided by electronic means,
   d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to complete legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the person the data refers to: to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent given by you if you have signed up for the newsletter.
4. Each person the data refers to (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.
5. Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the organization of the Service Provider is possible via e-mail: biuro@sposa.pl.
6. We reserve the right to process your data after termination or consent withdrawal only for the need to pursue any claims before the court or if the national or EU or international law provisions oblige us to retain data.
7. The Service Provider has the right to disclose User’s personal data and other data to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
8. The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawing consent or filing legally allowable objection to the processing of personal data.
9. The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to entities other than those authorized under the applicable law.
10. We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of a possible breach of data security.
11. Personal data are processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we work closely.

§3. Cookies

1. The website www.sposa.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the computer browser software. When the browser reconnects page, the site recognizes the type of device the user connects from. Parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Cookies make it easier to use previously visited websites.
   The information collected relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, operational system type, Internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the site via the contact form.
2. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our websites to improve the functioning of the website by providing more efficient and trouble-free navigation. We monitor information about users using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behavior on the website.
   Cookies identify the user, which allows to tailor the content of the website he uses to his needs. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard for our website, and the collected data is used only inside the Studio Mody Ślubnej Sposa Elżbieta Pacyna to optimize operations.
3. We use the following cookies on our website:
   a) “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website;

   Additional personal data, such as an email address, is collected only in places where, by completing the form, the user agreed. We save and use the above data only for the needs necessary to perform the given function.
